Hi, I'm Spencer sikora


For over 13 years, I've helped clients of all ages and fitness levels—from young athletes as young as 8 years old to adults in their 80s—build strength, improve their health, and gain confidence through personalized training.


Fitness has always been a major part of my life. As a former athlete, I developed a passion for strength training and performance early on. Today, as a busy father of two, fitness remains much more than a hobby—it's a lifeline that helps me stay physically strong, mentally resilient, and energized for the demands of everyday life.


That perspective shapes the way I coach. I understand that most people aren't looking to spend hours in the gym. They want a realistic, sustainable approach that helps them feel better, move better, and live healthier while balancing work, family, and everything else life throws their way.


My goal is to make fitness simple, effective, and accessible by bringing professional coaching directly to you. Every program is tailored to your goals, experience level, and lifestyle so you can build lasting results with the support and accountability you need.

  • Do I need fitness experience to get started?

    Not at all, I've trained clients who have never picked up a dumbbell before, to D1 athletes. All it takes is a determination to take the first step.

  • Do I need equipment at home?

    No. I will bring all of the necessary equipment to your space to hit the ground running. Many effective workouts can be done with minimal equipment.

  • what areas do you serve?

    I currently provide in-home personal training throughout Elgin, St. Charles, Geneva, and surrounding communities.

  • How long are sessions?

    sessions are available for both 60 minutes and 30 minutes.

  • what types of clients do you work with?

    I work with clients of all fitness levels and ages, including beginners, busy professionals, parents, adults returning to exercise, weight loss clients, and current & former athletes looking to stay active and strong.

  • How often should i train?

    Most clients train 1–3 times per week depending on their goals, schedule, and budget. During your consultation, we'll determine the best plan for you.

  • What happens during a fitness consultation?

    We will discuss your goals, schedule, health history and  fitness experience followed up by a movement screening. This helps me create a personalized program tailored to your goals and needs. 

  • How much does In-Home personal training cost?

    Pricing varies by session length and frequency. Most clients invest between $400  and $800 per month.

  • Why In-home training instead of a gym?

    In-home training provides convenience, privacy, accountability, and personalized coaching without the time and stress of traveling to a gym. The focus is entirely on you and your goals.
