Youth Remote Strength Program (10-14 Years Old)

This 6-month program is designed for youth athletes with less than 2 years of weight room experience and serves to build an athletic foundation of strength, power and stability. Program includes:

  • 2 workouts per week delivered directly to your phone for 6 months (48 workouts)
  • On-boarding Zoom call to get your athlete set up and ready to train
  • Personalized tracking sheet and training handbook included
  • no monthly fees - one simple, upfront price

high school remote strength program (15-18 years old)

6-month program is designed with more advanced training protocols and intensities for high school athletes looking to peak their performance for varsity athletics and prepare for collegiate strength work. Program includes:

Coach Spencer

I started rebel performance because i love helping athletes achieve their goals. i have over 13 years of experience training athletes from the youth level all the way to Division I and Division III programs, I bring a proven, results-driven approach to athletic development. I’ve worked with athletes at every stage—helping beginners build confidence and coordination, while preparing more advanced athletes for the demands of high school and collegiate competition.


As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and USA Weightlifting (USAW) Coach, I use science-backed training methods combined with safe, age-appropriate progressions. My goal is not just to help your athlete get stronger, faster, and more explosive, but also to reduce injury risk and build long-term durability.


I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Performance, which allows me to better understand how athletes develop both physically and mentally. When your athlete trains with me, they’re following a structured program that emphasizes proper technique, accountability, and consistent progress.
