Coach Spencer

I started rebel performance because i love helping athletes achieve their goals. i have over 13 years of experience training athletes from the youth level all the way to Division I and Division III programs, I bring a proven, results-driven approach to athletic development. I’ve worked with athletes at every stage—helping beginners build confidence and coordination, while preparing more advanced athletes for the demands of high school and collegiate competition.


As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and USA Weightlifting (USAW) Coach, I use science-backed training methods combined with safe, age-appropriate progressions. My goal is not just to help your athlete get stronger, faster, and more explosive, but also to reduce injury risk and build long-term durability.


I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Performance, which allows me to better understand how athletes develop both physically and mentally. When your athlete trains with me, they’re following a structured program that emphasizes proper technique, accountability, and consistent progress.
